Please note: the services listed below are private healthcare services and are not part of the NHS. They are not intended to replace NHS care. NHS services, including GP practices, NHS 111 and NHS urgent and emergency services, should always be used where appropriate.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately, or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department.

The London Clinic, Harley Street – private GP consultations available online or by telephone, seven days a week. CLICK HERE to book. The cost is £87 for a 15-minute consultation, with no additional charge for up to five minutes extra time.

During the consultation, the GP will provide medical advice and, where clinically appropriate, issue a prescription. If necessary, the GP may recommend further investigations such as scans or blood tests, physiotherapy, or onward referral to a specialist consultant. Referrals can be made either through the patient’s own GP for NHS care or privately. Please note that referrals can only be made during a video or face-to-face consultation.

Following the consultation, The London Clinic will provide consultation notes to the patient, which can also be shared with the patient’s NHS GP if requested. The clinic works with specialist consultants and has an in-house pathology department, enabling timely access to tests where required. Opening hours are 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m., seven days a week, with same-day or next-day appointments often available.

Finance facilities may be available for some treatments if patients choose to proceed privately with The London Clinic’s consultants. The clinic works with Chrysalis Finance to offer payment options, including a 0% interest option over 12 months, or longer-term repayment options over two to five years at a representative 9.9% APR.
